Microsoft Word (word processor) It's a good idea to take advantage of Microsoft Word's Spell Check and Grammar Check before putting text into a Power Point presentation. After you've done your writing in Microsoft Word, you can cut and paste it into any other application you're using or import it. Another thing that makes life easy is when you use your word processor for printing things from the Internet. Often, there is a lot more junk on a web page than you need, and printing a web page from your browser can take a long time and waste paper and ink. Instead, highlight what you want to print off the web, copy, then paste it into Word and print. You can do this with text or images.
