Ending Labels
The file has the endings (color-coded) in a format to print on Avery 5162 address labels (1.33" x 4", 2 columns per page, 7 rows).
The first page contains the frist declension endings and the nominative and accusative for second declension masculine. The second page has the remainder of the second declension endings (including neuter) and the vocatives for first and second declension. The third page has third declension endings, including some -i stem. Page four has remaining -i stem and vocative plural third declension endings and fourth declension endings. The fifth and last page has fifth declension endings and bases for omn-, man- [manus] and r- [rēs].
If you want to create your own file for noun/adjective stems, the easiest way (in Word) is with "Tools," "envelopes and labels," "new document." Then select the label type (Avery 5162 or your choice). The font I used was Arial TrueType at size 72. The macrons are from the Tahoma symbol font (Insert: Symbol: select Tahoma font). For shortcut keys, I use Control+Shift+(vowel), e.g. Control+Shift+e for e with macron.
