Link to the Global Glossary™

The Global Glossary is authoritative, scholarly, and reliable. Depend on it for authentic information on the Greco-Roman world. Cite it with confidence. It is a living resource. To assure the accuracy and currency of the Global Glossary, it is continually reviewed and refreshed by contributors, like you, from the Classics community worldwide.

CTCWeb invites you to add to your site a link(s) to a Global Glossary entry(es). Insert the HTML code below to link to a Global Glossary entry. For an example, see the Classical Origins of Western Culture Netshot (Homer's Iliad), where you should click on Homer, or any other underlined linked word in blue.

<A HREF="glossary[letter].html#[entry]"[entry]</A>

Replace [letter] with the first letter of the entry, e.g., if the entry is for Hera, you would replace [letter] with a lowercase h. For entries beginning with X, Y and Z, replace [letter] with xyz.

Replace [entry] with the name of the entry, e.g., if the entry is Hera, you would replace [entry] with Hera. All proper names should have their first letters capitalized.
